Welcome to LMEC! My name is Joanna Lopez and I am the new President for the Logan Memorial PTSA. I am so happy to start the new school year with all of you and welcome all our continuing and new families to LMEC. I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to working with all of you.

All of your students will soon receive a letter inviting all of the families to join us for coffee and pastries on campus so that we can get to know each other, and provide the families with a schedule of PTSA events and opportunities to volunteer and get involved. You will also have the opportunity to join our PTSA by purchasing a membership for $10 per person. These funds will help support the various activities we have planned to benefit our children, families and our school.

I am really excited for this school year and look forward to seeing all of our parents and students soon and start the new school year with all of you!

¡Bienvenidos a LMEC! Mi nombre es Joanna López y soy la nueva Presidenta de la Asociación de Padres, Estudiantes y Maestros (PTSA) de Logan Memorial. Estoy muy feliz de comenzar el nuevo año escolar con todos ustedes y les doy la bienvenida a todas nuestras familias actuales y nuevas a LMEC. Estoy agradecida por esta oportunidad y espero trabajar con todos ustedes.

Muy pronto todos sus estudiantes recibirán una carta invitándolos a unirse a nosotros sobre un café y panecitos para que podamos conocernos, y para brindarles a las familias más información sobre los eventos que tenemos planeados y presentarles oportunidades para ser voluntarios y participar en la educación de sus hijos. También tendrán la oportunidad de unirse a nuestra PTSA comprando una membresía por $10 por persona. Estos fondos ayudarán a respaldar las diversas actividades que hemos planificado para beneficiar a nuestros niños, familias y nuestra escuela.

¡Estoy muy emocionada por este año escolar y espero ver a todos nuestros padres y estudiantes pronto y comenzar el nuevo año escolar con todos ustedes!
